Today, Jorge interviews one of his most successful students, Edgar Geronimo. Edgar came to the country when he was 11 years old. He grew up with a single mother and grew up in one of the not-so-great areas of Los Angeles. He contacted Jorge a few years ago if it’s possible for him to buy a property. Not only did he buy one, two, three properties, but he’s also about to open escrow on his fourth purchase to do Airbnb with all those properties. Last year he did over 200k with two Airbnbs and this year, he’s got five Airbnbs.
